There are no copyrights on names so if you want to call yourself Tina Turner, Michael Jackson or even name yourself after your favorite band you can do so. We do however advise that if you change your name to a name that includes blasphemy, swear words, numbers, symbols or explicit terms you may have problems having the DVLA or Passport Office accept your details.
